BrandsPromoter provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO, GEO, AEO, PPC / Google Ads management, social media marketing, WordPress website design and development, content marketing, email marketing, and online reputation management.
For project-based work: 50% advance upon project confirmation, 50% on delivery. For retainer services: monthly in advance. All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
BrandsPromoter commits to applying industry best practices, current knowledge, and genuine effort toward your agreed digital marketing goals. We cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue outcomes, as these are influenced by factors outside our direct control including Google algorithm updates, market conditions, competitor activity, and client-side actions.
All deliverables created by BrandsPromoter for clients — including website design, content, ad creative, and strategy documents — become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. BrandsPromoter's proprietary processes, frameworks, tools, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
Either party may terminate a retainer service agreement with 30 days written notice. Prepaid fees for services not yet commenced are refundable on a pro-rata basis. Project-based work in progress is billed for work completed to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
